Rules and Regulations

General Rules

• No Reversals After Settlement: Once session or fancy bets are settled, they will not be reversed, even if the match is tied or abandoned.
• Advance Session/Fancy Bet Validity: Advance session or player runs and fancy bets are only valid if the match has each side completed to 20/50 overs for full match. (This condition applies only for Advance Fancy Bets).
• Advance Fancy Bet Suspension: Advance fancy bets will be suspended and settled 60 minutes before the match starts.
• Suspended Markets: If a market is suspended and does not resume for any reason, all previous bets will remain valid.
• Complete Sessions Settled: Incomplete session bets will be canceled, but complete sessions will still be settled.
• Cancelled/Abandoned Matches: If a match is cancelled, has no result, or is abandoned after the session is completed, it will still be settled. Player runs/fall of wickets will also be settled if the match gets stopped due to rain for the inning (D/L), cancelled, abandoned, no result.
• Retired Hurt: If a player gets retired hurt and one ball is completed after you place your bets, then all betting till then is and will remain valid.
• Technical Glitches: We are not responsible for any losses due to technical glitches in the software.
• Power/Internet Failure: If there's a power failure or internet connection problem on our end and the session/fancy market does not get suspended, then our decision on the outcome is final.
• Management Decisions: All decisions relating to settlement of wrong markets being offered will be taken by management, considering all actual facts. The decision will be full and final.
• Suspicious Bets: Any bets that are deemed suspicious, including bets placed from the stadium or from a source at the stadium, may be voided at any time. The decision of whether to void the particular bet or the entire market will remain at our discretion. The final decision of whether bets are suspicious will be taken by us and that decision will be full and final.
• Cheating: Any sort of cheating, matching (passing of funds), court siding, or commission making is not allowed. If any user is caught in any such act, then all the funds belonging to that account will be seized and confiscated. No argument or claim in that context will be entertained, and the decision made by company management will stand as the final authority.
• Fluke Hunting: Fluke hunting/seeking is prohibited. All fluke bets will be reversed. Cricket commentary is just an additional feature and facility for company users, but we are not responsible for any delay or mistake in the commentary.

Specific Market Rules

• Highest/Lowest Inning Run: This fancy is valid only for the first inning of the match.
• Market Value Passed: If any fancy value gets passed, we will settle that market after that match gets over.
• Wrong Rate: If any wrong rate has been given in fancy, that particular bet will be cancelled (Wrong Commentary).
• Customer Mistakes: If customers make bets in the wrong fancy, we are not liable to delete it. No changes will be made, and bets will be considered as a confirm bet.

Dot Ball Market Rules

• Dot Ball Rules: These rules are related with only dot balls.
• Wides Ball – Not Count
• No Ball – Not Count
• Leg Bye – Not Count as A Dot Ball
• Bye Run – Not Count as A Dot Ball
• Run Out – On 1st Run Count as A Dot Ball
• Run Out – On 2nd n 3rd Run Not Count as a Dot Ball
• Out – Catch Out, Bowled, Stumped n LBW Count as A Dot Ball

Bookmaker Rules

• Bookmaker Rules: The two rules below are only related to Bookmakers.
• Due to any reason any team will be getting advantage or disadvantage we are not concerned.
• We will simply compare both teams 25 overs score higher score team will be declared winner in ODI.
• We will simply compare both teams 10 overs higher score team will be declared winner in T20 matches.
